At Partzoon, we ensure a fast and secure shipping experience to deliver parts to our customers in the best condition across all cities of Saudi Arabia.

Order Processing

• Order Review & Preparation: 12 to 24 working hours after order confirmation.
• Shipping & Delivery: Handed over to the approved courier company.

Delivery Time

• Inside Jeddah: 1 to 2 working days.
• Outside Jeddah: 3 to 5 working days (depending on location and courier).
• Delivery may be affected during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Terms

• Ensure correct address and phone number; the store is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the customer.
• Inspect the package upon delivery before leaving — receiving the shipment is considered acknowledgment of its condition.
• If payment is not completed or the order not confirmed within 24 hours, the order may be canceled automatically.
• The store bears shipping costs if the error is from our side.
• Shipping fees vary based on weight, size, and destination city.
• Tracking the shipment is the customer's responsibility after receiving the tracking number.
• If the shipment is returned to the store, the customer bears re-shipping fees.
• Partzoon ships to all regions of Saudi Arabia.
