Return & Exchange Policy

Partzoon is committed to providing the best service to its customers. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following terms:

• Customers may return any product within 3 days of purchase (5 days for external shipping) provided the part is unused, in original condition, with the original invoice.
• Exchange is possible within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions.
• Used, installed, or dismantled parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer if the reason is their fault; the store bears all costs if the error is ours.
• Refunds are processed within: 5 working days for Mada payments; 7 to 14 working days for Visa/Mastercard.
• For returns without store error, 5% will be deducted for payment gateway fees and taxes.
• If the order is canceled before shipping, a 5% deduction applies.
• Return shipping fees start from 50 SAR depending on package size.
• If the customer used free shipping and then returns the order, the shipping cost will be deducted.
• The store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping companies after delivery.
